Refund Policy

At digitalidentityworks, we strive to provide the highest quality services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the project milestones. Due to the nature of the work, refunds are generally not provided for work that has already been completed and delivered unless the deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications.
Refund Process

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for services that have been partially completed but not yet delivered, or if the final product significantly differs from the initial agreement.
Exceptions
